Sueño (1985) is a meditation on the logic of dreaming: on how memory, desire, and imagination weave themselves into an image that feels at once intimate and expansive, personal and collective. The composition does not present itself as a literal scene, but as a drifting field of presences—figures, faces, and floating forms that emerge and dissolve within a visual atmosphere charged with psychological resonance. Everything in the work suggests the in-between state of dreaming, that territory where recollection blends with feeling and where the image never fully settles into fixed form.

The surface, built with density and tactility, functions as a map of inner states. Sueño (1985) es una meditación sobre la lógica del sueño: cómo la memoria, el deseo y la imaginación se entrelazan en una imagen que parece a la vez íntima y abierta, personal y colectiva. La composición no se impone como una escena literal, sino como una deriva de presencias: figuras, rostros y formas flotantes que emergen y se disuelven en un campo visual cargado de resonancia psicológica. Todo en la obra sugiere el estado intermedio del soñar, ese territorio donde lo recordado se mezcla con lo sentido y donde la imagen nunca termina de fijarse.
